Returns Policy

On all catalog items we require that the customer contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt of product in order to qualify for a refund.

Mitra Science does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any orders.

NOTICE:  All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product in unopened and untampered condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund. All Mitra Science products are packaged in sealed zip-locks.  This seal cannot be broken in order for a product to qualify for refund. Mitra Science reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns and does not offer refunds on opened products.

Shipping

All USA orders ship from our fulfillment centers in the USA. All orders include free shipping and are shipped within (1-2) business days after receipt of payment via one of the following: USPS, UPS or FedEx. Each order is provided tracking.

Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days for orders delivered within the USA.

We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
